Ideal low-budget hotel, I really enjoyed its family ambiance. Its location was comfy, to everything in the area, and in a fairly quiet area.

The hotel was in a great location, down the street to Dunkin Donuts or Waffle House. What's more, it was really close to Tampa and Brooksville which was 25 miles away and interstate and restaurants.

New-fashioned and well priced room available with a queen size bed and computer, as for instance.

The property is spotless; well priced rooms; comfortable bed. It has patient and attentive staff and clean facilities. A really good stay, I would stay there again.

They gave us a well priced and tastefully decorated room with the pack-n-play for the baby, clean towels.

Great and stunning location in an open field next door, met expectations. Plus, it was short walk to restaurants as well as a plaza.

The location was unbeatable near the bike trail we wanted to ride. What's more, it was adjacent to Clearwater and a plaza and Florida.

I recently stayed at a hotel on my way to Tampa for a cruise and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast, although basic, exceeded my expectations. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I leave from Tampa for a cruise. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was located right by Brooksville, a plaza and surrounding area. The room was immaculate and enjoyable, provided us with a queen size bed, it was a very good stay all in all. The price was US$ 111. Throughout the day staff were attentive. The team provided an excellent service. Plus, we parked nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located in a plaza on the other side of the construction, making it easy to access everything in the area. It's just a short walk down the street to Dunkin Donuts or Waffle House, perfect for grabbing a quick bite. Additionally, it's near the bike trail we wanted to ride, making it a great choice for outdoor enthusiasts.

The only downside was the small size of the room, but it was still manageable.
